Returns and exchange policies

  1. Customers must provide full and accurate information in the order form.
  2. All credit card payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, Much-More is not responsible for all or part failure of non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards. 
  3. Customers must provide up to Two to Three days for processing and delivery of orders. Any order that cannot be processed, we will inform you at the earliest.
  4. While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the item.
  5. The products which has delivery time of 10 to 15 Days are all on made to order. In these products we can do customization but no return/refund will be entertained under any circumstances. Much-More offers you 7 DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY.
  6. Much-More assures you best quality control and inspection standards. We use credible courier services like USPS, FedEx, DHL Ecommerce, DHL express. However in case of any damage during the transit, Much-More takes full responsibility and will Return the product within the earliest possible timeframe.
  7. Upon successful pickup of the return product at your doorstep, Much-More will initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund. Instant Refunds is not available in a few select pin codes and for all self ship return.
  8.  Much-More is responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer if you found any damage please share with us  your damaged product’s  picture as a proof(but product will be same), we will take back our parcel. However, if there is any damage to the box or the seal is open kindly call our customer care number immediately.
  9. You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order call our customer care at +9111 42863218 If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Instead, you will have to raise an exchange request once you receive the order.
